A card on file is required at the time of booking. If your appointment is canceled or rescheduled less than 48 hours in advance you will automatically be charged 50% of your appointment cost, as a late notice fee. Same day cancelations, rescheduling and no-call no-show clients will be charged 100% of the appointment cost.

For your safety and my own, I do NOT do removals of other nail tech's work. I will not work on top of other tech's work.

If you wish to also have nail art, or more that two solid colors please include the nail art add on service when booking to make sure we have allotted enough time for the service.

I guarantee my work for 5 days after the appointment, assuming reasonable aftercare of your nails. If contacted after that for fixes, a fee will be charged.

I work hard to maintain a safe space, as do all the other stylists in The Hive. To maintain this setting I have a no tolerance policy for hateful, discriminatory, and defamatory speech and actions in or around the salon. This issue will cause immediate firing of client, forfeit of all future booking slots, as well as 100% charge of current appointment, whether or not it was completed.
